Because each reading is prepared individually based on the details you submit, this policy is built around when work begins — not around whether you agree with what the reading says.
Once a reading has started, it reflects real, completed work and cannot be refunded — including if you simply disagree with the interpretation, don't like what it says, or feel it didn't match what you expected. A reading is one person's honest read of your situation, not a guaranteed result, so disagreement with its content is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
